You decide the time yourself, and we adapt the scan to your needs. This means that you can have a scan when you want extra peace of mind, without having to go through the public system first.

Twins can be seen early – as early as week 5. At a scan at this time, we can assess whether there is one or more fetuses. We have extensive experience in scanning twins and always allow extra time so that there is peace to follow the development of both babies.

We recommend this scan from week 25 to week 33, as the baby has developed distinct facial features during this period and still has plenty of room to move around in the womb. The most optimal time is around week 28, when you often get the most detailed and vivid images, as the baby is not yet too big for us to see clearly. At this time, we can typically capture small smiles, movements and fine details, which provide a unique insight into the baby's personality and development.
